Return & Refund Policy

Sale items, including those purchased with a promotional code, and Destroyed/Distressed items are FINAL SALE.  All sales are final after 5 days of receiving order.

Items that have not been worn, washed, altered, are free of any perfumes/scents or pet hair and in the original packaging will be accepted.   

Eligible items purchased from the store may be returned for a refund, less original shipping charges, if customer service is contacted within 5 days of receipt of order. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.  In this case, we will gladly exchange like items and ship to you at no additional charge (applicable in the continental US only).

If you receive an item that is defective, please send an email to within 24 hours upon receiving your order.  

For international returns, we are unable to refund any import taxes, duties or shipping charges that your order may have incurred. 

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS NEEDED for all returns and refunds.  daftbird is not responsible for items returned without an authorization. 


Please send an email to to request a return authorization.  Include your order number in the subject line and your name, address, phone number and reason for return in the body of the email. 

Please note that being issued a return authorization does not guarantee automatic approval/refund of your return.  Items are subject to inspection. 

Upon receiving the return authorization, ship the item(s) to the address below using any trackable shipping method at your expense.  If the return package is lost or damaged, daftbird is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of the merchandise.

The item(s) must be received by the warehouse within 7 days of the approval or it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.


Once your return shipment has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for us to inspect and process the return. 

Once your refund, less original shipping charges, has been processed, an email notification will be sent.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to post this transaction to your account.


Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges.  Please place a new order and follow the return instructions above. 


daftbird reserves the right to refuse any returns or  apply a 25% restocking fee on items returned that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
